We require you to provide your credit card information in order to request a reservation online or by telephone. Your credit card information is securely stored and only charged upon completion of the service, or if you cancel or don’t show up for the reservation, in accordance with our cancellation policy. We'll never share the credit card information you enter on our Website or through our Services with anyone.
Reservation changes made at least one business day in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other guests and will be greatly appreciated. Your reservation may be rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to appointment. The full service fee will be expected for missed appointments or services rescheduled due to late arrival. By booking an appointment with us and providing your credit card information, you agree to this policy and give permission for us to charge your credit card for these fees.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. This will allow you time to unwind and get settled, choose your nail color, enjoy a beverage and browse our magazines. We make every effort to begin each service on time and ask for your on-time arrival in order to do this. We will do our best to accommodate you with an abbreviated treatment upon your late arrival. As a courtesy to all of our clients, treatments delayed due to late arrival will end at the scheduled time so that the next client is not delayed. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
Cell Phones & Children:
To ensure a stress-free environment, and that you receive precise workmanship, we ask that you please silence and store your cell phone prior to your treatment and that you respect the rights of others to relax in a quiet environment. This is the place and the time to relax and rejuvenate. Likewise, please arrange child care for small children so as not to disrupt the quiet enjoyment of all our clients.
A Note About Tipping:
While we believe clients should tip what they want depending on the quality of service they receive, we are often asked what is customary. So, we researched it and here is one answer:
- "The Emily Post Institute, an organization that 'serves as a 'civility barometer' in American society,' suggests tipping a Nail Stylist 15 to 20 percent." You can read more here or here from Oprah.
- Additionally, as with any other industry, if you choose to tip, please always do so on the original treatment price.
